His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, the prince of the Eastern Region, will patronize the ceremony of the people of the Eastern Region on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr 2018. This celebration would be organized by Asharqia Chamber, which is represented by the Events Fund. The celebration extends to the sixth day of the Eid in various locations.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asharqia Chamber, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khaldi, valued the prince's action in patronizing and honoring the ceremony of the people of the region.
He stressed that the patronage of His Highness represents a great support for the Chamber's efforts to represent the aspirations of the people of the region and the wishes of the visitors during the Eid Al Fitr holiday, which is in line with their expectations of enjoying everything new in the entertainment world.
Al-Khalidi pointed out that the program of this year is full of pleasant surprises for the people and visitors of the region. The first meeting of the events fund, which was held recently at the headquarters of the Eastern Province Emirate, discussed several ideas and initiatives that can raise the level of performance and implement the entertainment program with high professionalism. .
Al-Khalidi emphasized that the Events' Fund-and through its sponsors-seeks to achieve the goal of cooperation and solidarity by unifying the efforts of businessmen in order to provide support in implementing recreational and social programs that will welcome the people of the Eastern Region and its visitors during the Eid, through providing activities and events.
He said the Chamber-as usual- made preparations that are underway since early this year in order to organize the concert and entertainment program accompanying the celebration, which is one of the events that are adopted by the Events' Fund in the Chamber.
He pointed out the diversity of activities that will be presented during the Eid and its distinguished days. He stressed that the work is proceeding according to a long work plan interspersed with many procedures and in coordination with the concerned government agencies in addition to the supporting bodies.
In addition, he praised the great roles that are being played every year by all the participants in the work teams in order to make the event a success, which is carried out by all of those from governmental, private, business, and members of the working committees.
Al-Khalidi explained that the eastern region was known for its professionalism in organizing events and public occasions, which extends to more than a week.
He emphasized the continuation of the journey to always achieve higher performance and professionalism in providing excellence.
He said that the ceremony and events accompanying it this year would be implemented in modern ways in order to suit the target audience to achieve a set of goals, notably entertainment and winning prizes for the children and the family as well as the youth.
